✈️ How long will it take to ship the order?

After your order is successfully placed, we will ship it in sequence within 3–10 business days. If you have purchased a Packaging Video, your package will be shipped +3–6 business days to allow time for filming and editing.

▶️Once your order has been shipped, we will send the tracking number to the email and phone number you provided so you can monitor the shipping progress in real time.

‼️Please make sure your email, phone number, and shipping address (including unit/apartment number) are correct at checkout.

📦How long is the delivery time?

Standard delivery takes approximately 10–15 business days after shipment, depending on the destination region.

For some international orders, customs clearance may be required in the destination country. The carrier will notify you by email if any documents are needed. Please provide the required documents within 3 business days.

Failure to cooperate with customs clearance may result in the package being detained, returned, or destroyed by customs, and any related losses will be the responsibility of the recipient.
